Is it difficult to set up the Xbox Live connection?

It may seem a bit technical for people not familiar with computers and networks, but Microsoft have realised this. There is plenty of support information on the official Xbox Live website, plus there is a localised UK number to call for help. Your Internet Service Provider (Blueyonder/NTL etc) should also be able to provide assistance if you connecting your Xbox directly.
