Can my friends play Live with me on the same Xbox?

If the game supports it, you can have more than one player on the same Xbox and participate in Live games. For example, Moto GP 2 allows up to 4 players on the same Xbox to race against people over the internet. The extra players who do not have their own gamertags will be called guest, and cannot use voice communication.
